Q: A member is posting rude or obnoxious comments to my gallery photos. What should I do?
A: You can remove them by visiting the My Gallery feature and clicking "Comments". If the member persists, please contact the Forum Manager with as much information as possible.

Q: Can I edit my photo's descriptions?
A: Yes, just login to your gallery account, view your photos, click the description and you can make your edits there.

Q: Every time I try to upload a photo or add data such as a mod I get a blank page or error message such as "Page cannot be displayed". What should I do?
A: Verify the following:
- You are running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher
- You have cookies enabled
- You have JavaScript enabled
- Your Internet Explorer security settings are not set to "high"
- You have disabled any ad blocking programs
- Try disabling any personal firewall program. If this works, try uninstalling
and re-installing your personal firewall program.
- Go to Tools | Internet Options, Advanced tab, uncheck "Show Friendly Http Errors"

Q: How can I be given the vehicle of the week award?
A: Every week our staff votes on a new winner. Here are some tips to guide you in being selected:- Have at least 6 photos of your vehicle
- Make sure you do not have any broken images
- Image descriptions help
- Add text describing your vehicle, and what mods you have made to it
- Add a few links
- Keep it up to date
- Don't ask to be the next winner
- Be an active member
- Be a chapter member
- List your mods using the My Mods feature

Q: How can I get my photo to appear on the home page as one of the "actual owner photos"?
A: These are chosen by the Webmasters. If you would like to suggest a photo in your gallery for the home page, email a link to the Webmaster.

Q: How can I re-order my photos?
A: Your photos are, by default, listed in reverse chronological order, meaning the newest ones are listed first. You can sort them any way you wish by using the Sort field when adding or editing your photos.

Q: How can I tell which album has been updated within a gallery?
A: In the drop-down list of albums, you will see "(Updated)" next to the album name.

Q: How can I upload photos to the site so I can show them to others?
A: First, you need to create a gallery
at the site. Once you've created a gallery, you can use the
Photo Upload feature to
upload your photos (we always recommend you re-size your photos to
640x480 first). Once you have photos in your gallery, you can add
them to your posts by performing the following steps:

Q: How do I add a full size image to the top of my gallery page?
A: Locate an image in your web browser. Right click the image, then select Properties. When the Properties dialog appears, look for the Address (URL) line. Triple-click the URL that begins with "http://", then press CTRL+C on your keyboard. Now that the address is in your Windows clipboard, you can paste it via CTRL+V into one of your gallery text areas, with a little HTML--for example: <img src="tundratruckworld.tenmagazines.commypath/myphoto.jpg"> For formatting/display reasons, we simply ask that you only link to images that are no larger than 500 pixels wide.

Q: How do I search the mods (modifications)?
A: Visit the Search Center to search there, and other areas of this site.

Q: I've lost my password to my gallery account. What should I do?
A: Access the Password Reminder feature, and your information will be emailed to you.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of photos or albums I can have?
A: There is no limit to the number of photos you can upload or to the number of albums you can create. There is a limit of 12 photos you can have in your Unrelated album, however.

Q: Sometimes I see an album that says "Updated" but when I go to it, there are no new photos.
A: This sometimes happens if a gallery owner adds a photo, then deletes it (or the photo is removed by a moderator).

Q: Where can I find out more about the galleries?
A: You can find out just about everything at the Gallery Fun Facts page. Learn when the first gallery was created, how many total times the galleries and the photos have been viewed, the top 5 cities, states, and countries represented, and more!
